Triple A Technology Ltd  was formed 1999, has since been expanding our product line and growing our one-day distribution footprint in Jamaica. We have  been named HP Authorized Parts Partner of the Year 1999 – 2008  and were the only HP Authorized Parts Reseller that is also a HP Qualified Supplies Partner.

Today, we support most makes and models of laser printers including HP, Samsung, Lexmark, Xerox, Brother, Sharp, Dell, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, OKI and Kyocera. In addition to OEM  parts, we also offer the best-in-class technical support, the largest ground distribution network, and premium customer support. Triple A Technology Ltd is one of the only laser printer parts distributor that remanufactures our entire product line in the Jamaica

Our Technical Director saw a growing need for Quality Customer Service in the category of “PRINTERS SERVICES” LaserJet, Deskjet, Impact  and Thermal Technology…This would see us providing Quality Services, in order to acquire sales and not the other way around, in which most companies do…This was considered a niche market, as most companies focus on Computer sales and services .

We  present,  what it considers the most efficient approach to managing customer Printers and the strategies that we will employ to keep our customer on the cutting  edge of Technology to ensure business competitive advantage, this  will also provide a service level strategy to maximize the uptime for all printers located island-wide, known as a “Management Replacement Solution” (MRS)

Triple-A’s core business function an focus is primarily in printer services and sales, and has vast experiences in providing Quality Customer Service, Fast response to effect our replacement solution allowing, maximum productive Machine Time (MT) This is accomplished by employing our Replacement Strategy Solution, complied with skilled workforce, maintaining a close relationship with suppliers and focusing on continuous improvement by eliciting customer feedback.

 

Triple-A’s approach to large customers is mainly focused on Service Level Agreements (SLA) that would allow customers to have their core requirements covered without any significant down time.

    Quality Policy

We believe that good quality comes from commitment and competent execution to ensure minimum down time for all of our customers. While we are not ISO 9000 certified, we are using the processes recommended in this standard to drive our overall execution plan.

Triple-A Technology Ltd also subscribes to the principles of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3.0 especially as it relates to Service Level Management and the relevant processes that will make our relationship measurable and achievable.

Triple-A believes that the true measure of quality is to set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as we aim to ensure that  our customers are satisfied and we continue to improve our processes to ensure that the highest standards are met.

   Service Strategy

Strategic approach in servicing our clients . All  Printers will be to provide proper coverage at all levels within the Repairs & Replacement Solution Management ..

Devices Availability – Triple-A will pursue an aggressive preventive maintenance strategy to reduce the chances of breakdowns at any location. In the event of breakdowns that cannot be resolved by the average user, our long-term goal is to have replacement devices, if cannot be repaired initially.

 

Training – Triple-A will also pursue a program of education for users of of our clients . Printer  management facilities to both help in optimizing the usage of the facilities and respond to basic needs such as, reading control panel errors, and clearing simple paper jams

Vision – The long term goal in providing services and equipment to our customers, is to understand your requirements and usage patterns from data collected with our management solution. Triple-A’s goal is to find the best technology solutions that will give our customers an advantage in the market place.
